M4X4AVTXPDVII - The longest anacronym we could think of has been one of our most popular annual 4 wheeling trips since its inception. We cover tons of mileage on "blue" rated trails in the area and there's some great obstacles mixed in. We're using a couple of private properties, and there's some optional black trails that are a great opportunity to ride shotgun if it's not for you. These trails and roads we say are blue will require aggressive tread tires, a locker or a winch. Body damage happens and skid plates and rocker protection should be considered manadatory.
First, if you have not reserved a camping spot at the event head quarters, here's where we are staying -

Reserve a spot on the tent loop or a lean-to. It will sell out quickly. There's also hotel rooms and other campgrounds around.
Second, the usual itinerary looks like this -
- Friday afternoon and evening - set up your camp.
- Friday night - First trail ride starts at 9 p.m. and is about 3 to 4 hours.
- Saturday morning - After a late night, we meet at 10 a.m. to head out on trails. Plan on an 8 hour excursion.
- After a break Saturday evening, we squeeze in a pretty hard core night ride. No drinking allowed at dinner, per the property owner(s). This run is usually about 3 to 4 hours. Location TBD.
- Sunday we usually meet at 10 a.m. again. This is a full day of wheeling, another 8 to 10 hours.
- Monday - TBD. Last year there was no interest after an EPIC Sunday ride. In previous years, there's one very hard road we have run. There's historically very few people interested but the option is there.
Third, we have some expectations of attending members -
- When specified with a more defined weekend schedule, you will need to be fueled up before the meeting times.
- You need to be ready to go. Set an alarm.
- You'll be providing your own food this year, again.
- We do hope to have the trailer loaded up with our kitchen gear for members to use at a tent site we'll be using for fires and get togethers for the group.
Fourth, ticket pricing. $25 per rig, includes one free tee shirt. We will have extra tee shirts available in child and adult sizes for $25.
If you regularly trailer, be warned. Your trailer stays at the campground, we convoy and sometimes reach speeds up to 45 miles per hour on paved roads.
We will stop for lunches around 1 pm for about 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday.
We do expect to have more than one trail guide this year, we may split into different groups.
